Our products have been designed with the drilling depth ranging from 1000m to 4000m and the maximum static load capacity ranging from 1350kN to 2250kN. They feature heavy working load, reliable performance, strong cross-country capacity, easy movement and low operation cost. They are quite suitable for drilling wells with shallow or medium depth. Special truck-mounted drilling machine used in desert, plateau or cold areas is also available in our company.

  • The power system of our truck-mounted drilling rig adopts engine and hydro-mechanical transmission boxes produced by world-famous companies.
  • The electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems are centrally controlled. Key components of those systems are well-known brand products in the world. The high-quality components guarantee the quality of our well drilling machine.
  • The derrick is designed and manufactured following the API 4F and 8C specifications. Finite element analysis and stress inspection test will be conducted to the derrick. The surfaces of structural pieces will be sand blasted.
  • The main rotary drum adopts integral Lebus groove. Main brake can be a band brake or a hydraulic disk brake. Auxiliary brake can be a pneumatically controlled water-cooled disc brake, a pneumatic tong brake, a hydromatic brake or an electromagnetic eddy brake. Rolling drum for sand bailing is optional.
  • The chassis is powered by vehicle-mounted engine via transfer case. The truck on which our drilling equipment is amounted has heavy duty axle with long wheel tread and tyres with low fracture surface. High strength frame, hydraulic power steering system, dual-circuit brake system are also adopted into the truck to make it more adaptive to complex working condition in oil fields. In addition, the service life of our drilling machine will be extended as well.
  • Various humanized designs including new style cab, embedded stairs, automatic derrick locking pin, centralized lubricating system for crown block and drawworks, and engine protective guard using under different climatic conditions are available to our truck-mounted drilling rigs.
